1. DEFINITIONS AND SCOPE
The terms used in these conditions mean the following:
- Platform: Sosyal Köprü social media management platform and all its services
- User: Natural or legal persons using the platform
- Content: Text, images, videos, and other materials shared through the platform
- Account: User account created on the platform
- Service: All features and services provided by Sosyal Köprü
- Subscription: Any of our paid service packages
- API: Programming interfaces used for integration with social media platforms
- Data: All personal and commercial information processed on the platform
2. PLATFORM AND SERVICE SCOPE
2.1. Platform Definition
Sosyal Köprü is a cloud-based B2B SaaS (Software as a Service) platform that enables businesses to manage their social media accounts from a single center.
2.2. Services Provided
Sosyal Köprü provides the following core services:
- Management of multiple social media accounts from one place
- Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), YouTube, and TikTok integrations
- Content creation and editing tools
- Post scheduling and timing features
- Social media analytics and performance reporting
- Team collaboration and cooperation tools
- Media library and asset management (secure storage with Cloudflare R2 Storage)
- Content templates and automation features
- Customer support services
- API integrations and customizations
2.3. Service Usage Conditions
To use platform services:
- You must be 18 years of age or older
- You must register with a valid email address
- You must provide accurate, current, and complete information
- You must pay the fee for your selected subscription plan on time
- You must accept these terms of service and privacy policy
- You must commit to complying with the laws of the Republic of Turkey or your country of residence
3. USER ACCOUNT AND SECURITY
3.1. Account Creation and Verification
You must create a user account to use our platform. When creating an account:
- It is your responsibility to ensure that the information you provide is accurate, current, and complete
- You must complete the email verification process
- You must create a strong password for your account
- We recommend activating the two-factor authentication feature

- All transactions performed from your account
4. PROHIBITED USE AND CONTENT
4.1. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the platform:
- Sharing content contrary to the laws of the Republic of Turkey
- Violating copyright, trademark, and intellectual property rights
- Hate speech, discrimination, and violent content sharing
- Spam, fake accounts, and bot usage
- Sharing misleading, fake, or deceptive information
- Using others' personal data without permission
- Activities threatening platform security
- Using automated bots and malicious software
- Attempts to manipulate the system
- Anti-competitive behavior
- Fraud and counterfeiting activities
4.2. Content Policy and Standards
Content you share on the platform:
- Must comply with the laws of the Republic of Turkey
- Must not violate the rights of third parties
- Must respect social values and ethical rules
- Must comply with commercial ethical rules
- Must contain accurate, current, and verifiable information
- Must not contain obscene, pornographic, or inappropriate content
- Must not contain harmful content targeting children
- Must comply with social media platforms' own rules
4.3. Actions in Case of Violation
When prohibited use is detected:
- Content removal or account suspension
- Sending warning messages
- Temporary or permanent account closure
- Initiating legal proceedings
- Requesting damage compensation
5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS AND LICENSES
5.1. Platform Rights
The Sosyal Köprü platform, software, design, content, logo, brand name, and all intellectual property rights belong to Kulga Yazılım ve Telekomünikasyon Limited Şirketi. These rights are protected by Turkish and international copyright, trademark, and patent laws.
5.2. User Content and License
The intellectual property rights of the content you share through the platform belong to you. However, to use your content on the platform, you grant us the following license:
- Display, store, and process your content on the platform
- Transfer and share to social media platforms
- Technical optimization and format conversion
- Backup and security-related copying
- Analyze to improve service quality
5.3. Third-Party Rights and Integrations
When using third-party content:
- You must obtain necessary permissions
- You must respect copyrights and trademark rights
- You must comply with social media platforms' API rules
- You must accept third-party service providers' terms
6. PAYMENT, SUBSCRIPTION, AND BILLING
6.1. Subscription Plans and Pricing
Our platform services are offered with different subscription plans:
- Starter Plan: Basic features for small businesses
- Professional Plan: Advanced features for growing businesses
- Enterprise Plan: Unlimited capabilities for large organizations
- Current pricing information is published on our website
- We reserve the right to change prices
6.2. Payment Terms and Transactions
Payment transactions are subject to the following conditions:
- Payments are processed through the İyzico secure payment system
- Prepayment is required for monthly subscriptions
- Discounted payment option is offered for annual subscriptions
- All prices include VAT applicable in Turkey
- Unpaid accounts may be suspended
6.3. Invoicing and Accounting
Invoicing transactions are carried out through Paraşüt integration:
- Electronic invoices are issued using the e-invoice system
- Invoice information must be accurate and complete
- Tax office changes must be reported
- Invoice correction requests must be made within 7 days
6.4. Cancellation, Refund, and Right of Withdrawal
Subscription cancellation and refund conditions:
- You can cancel your subscription at any time
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period
- Right of withdrawal cannot be exercised after digital content and service usage has started
- No refunds are made, subscription cancellation is available. After cancellation, you can use your subscription until the end of the invoice period.
7. SERVICE LEVEL, LIMITATIONS, AND WARRANTIES
7.1. Service Continuity and Uptime
Our platform's service continuity targets:
- We aim to provide service with a 99.5% uptime target
- Scheduled maintenance work is announced in advance
- Our technical team monitors and responds to emergencies
- Compensation mechanisms are activated in case of system outages
- Data backup and recovery systems are available
7.2. Usage Limits and Quotas
The following limits may apply according to your subscription plan:
- Monthly post count limits
- Number of social media accounts that can be connected
- Team member count restrictions
- Storage space quotas
- API call count limits
- Concurrent user count
- Video upload size and duration restrictions
7.3. Service Warranties and Limitations
Our service warranties and limitations:
- We strive to provide our services carefully, but no technological service can be 100% perfect
- We provide our services "as-is"
- We are not responsible for social media platforms' API changes
- We are not responsible for internet connection and third-party service outages
- We are not responsible for data loss resulting from user errors
8. LIABILITY AND WARRANTY LIMITATIONS
8.1. Company Liability Limitations
Sosyal Köprü's liability is limited as follows:
- Total liability is limited to the subscription fee you paid in the last 12 months
- We are not liable for indirect, punitive, special, or consequential damages
- We are not liable for loss of revenue, business interruption, or lost opportunities
- We are not liable for damages arising from third-party services
- We are not liable for user-generated content and activities
8.2. User Responsibility and Obligations
As a user, you are responsible for the following:
- Ensuring that the content you share is legal and does not infringe copyright
- Respecting third-party rights
- Complying with platform rules and social media platform rules
- Ensuring account security and protecting passwords
- Providing accurate and current information
- Fulfilling payment obligations on time
- Taking necessary measures to prevent system abuse
8.3. Indemnification and Protection Provisions
The user agrees to protect and indemnify the company from all damages, lawsuits, and expenses arising from platform use. This includes:
- Protecting the company from copyright infringement claims
- Compensating for damages arising from legal violations
- Defending the company in third-party lawsuits
- Covering legal costs
9. DATA PROTECTION, PRIVACY, AND GDPR/KVKK COMPLIANCE

- YouTube: YouTube Shorts and short video integration
- TikTok: Short video, carousel, and post integration
11.2. API Usage Terms
When using social media platforms' APIs:
- You must comply with each platform's own API rules
- Rate limit and quota restrictions apply
- Service interruptions may occur during API changes
- Adaptation may be required during platform policy changes
- We are not responsible for third-party platform account suspensions
11.3. Content Sharing Responsibilities
For content shared on social media platforms:
- Compliance with each platform's own content policies must be checked
- Copyright and intellectual property rules must be followed
- Appropriate labeling must be done for age-restricted content
- Advertising and sponsorship disclosures must be clearly stated
12. CHANGES AND UPDATES
12.1. Changes to Terms of Service
We reserve the right to update these terms of service:
- Significant changes are announced 30 days in advance via email
- Minor changes are notified through the platform
- The current version is always accessible from the website
- You have the right to terminate your account if you object to changes
